City International Hospital (CIH) is the first general hospital to be developed within the International Hi-Tech Healthcare Park with a capacity of 320 beds, making it one of the largest international standard private general hospitals in Ho Chi Minh city. Featuring the latest medical technology, the most modern imaging equipment and extensive facilities, CIH delivers quality healthcare and holistic patient experience to the population of Ho Chi Minh City as well as the neighboring area – The Mekong Delta. It is strategically located in Binh Tan District, closely linked to 1A Highway , Vo Van Kiet and Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard.

Construction of City International Hospital (CIH) was completed in March 2013 and commenced business in January 2014.
   

Existing Land

International Health Park is a planned mixed development on 3.75 hectares of land comprising world-class private hospitals, mixed commercial, hospitality and residential developments. It is located in the Binh Tan District, close to Chinatown and is approximately 11 km from District 1, the central business and commercial district of Ho Chi Minh City. Approximately 20 hectares will be dedicated to the hospital and commercial developments and five hectares have been allocated for residential developments.

This project has a gross development value of approximately US$770m and will be developed over 9 years in five phases. This project was licensed and approved by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on 10 July 2008 to Hoa Lam-Shangri-La Healthcare Limited Liability Company ("Hoa Lam-Shangri-La"), the company undertaking the development of the Healthcare Park. The company has also received Land Use Rights Certificates for this project. Aseana has a 51% stake in Hoa Lam-Shangri-La.
