Harbour Mall Sandakan: Architectural and M&E works are in progress at various levels and external areas. September 2011 - Four Points by Sheraton hotel tower: Architectural and M&E works are in progress at various levels with most M&E equipments being installed. Sandakan Harbour Mall: Architectural and M&E works are in progress at various levels, car park and external areas. June 2011 - Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Tower: Concrete slab casted on Level 26. Architectural and M&E works are in progress at various levels. Harbour Mall, Sandakan : Architectural and M&E works are in progress at various levels, car park and external areas. March 2011 - Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Tower: Structural works are in progress at Level 23. Ceiling frame at Level 11 and roof truss system at Level 13 (Ballroom level) are in progress. Retail mall: Floor tiling is completed at retail mall corridor. Parapet, internal and external plastering in car park areas are in progress.   December 2010 - Hotel tower: Structural works are in progress at Level 17. Retail podium: Brick works are in progress at Level 6 and Level 7. Plastering works are in progress to common columns at Level 4. M&E works are in progress at various levels in podium and tower block. September 2010 -Hotel tower: Structural works are in progress at Level 17. Retail podium: Brick works on Level 6 and Level 7 in progress. Internal plastering works at Level 3 to Level 4 are in progress. Air conditioning and mechanical ventilation works in progress at podium levels. Electrical Low Voltage (ELV), fire protection and hydraulic services in progress at various levels in podium and tower block. June 2010 -Hotel tower: Structural works on Level 10 are completed. Works are in progress at Level 11. Retail podium: Structural works on Level 5 are completed. Works are in progress at Level 6. Brickworks are in progress on Ground, First and Second floors. March 2010 -All three and four storey shop lot (Phase 2A / B) are completed and handed over to purchasers. Structural works in Phase 3 and 4 (Hotel and Mall), level 6 and 7 are in progress. December 2009 -Phase 3 & 4: Shopping mall substructure and ground structure works completed. Structural works for hotel tower Level 4 and retail podium Level 1 are progressing well. September 2009 -Phase 3 & 4: Shopping mall substructure and ground structure works are in progress. Structural works for hotel tower Level 3 are progressing well. June 2009 - 3- and 4-storey shop offices (40 units) in Phase 2A have been fully completed in early April 2009. Phase 2B of 3- and 4-storey shop offices (28 units) has also been completed in mid May 2009. Construction of the shopping mall, hotel and convention centre (Phase 3 and 4) commenced in early September 2008 - pilecap works, ground slab concreting and ground floor column works are progressing well. March 2009 - For the 3- and 4-storey shop offices in Phase 2, the plastering of external walls, door and window frame fixtures completed. Roof installation and internal plastering are currently in progress.
